About Savanna Design and Landscaping

Goodyear was cotton fields long before it was cul-de-sacs, and the flat, generous light out here still rewards a yard laid out with intention. Savanna Design and Landscaping starts on paper — where the granite runs, where the turf stops, which corner gets the shade tree — and then builds it into the ground. Spring is the season for it, when the mornings are cool enough to dig and everything planted has a long run before the heat. Beds get shaped, plantings go in, and the lawn is mowed, edged and kept so the design does not blur at the edges a month later. Watching a drawing turn into a yard that a family actually walks through is the part worth doing.
