About Action Pawn Gun & Loan

Downtown Globe keeps its old brick close to the sidewalk, and the shade on Broad Street moves like a slow hand across the storefronts. Action Pawn Gun & Loan takes lawn care work around town: mowing, edging, weed trimming, and carting the trimmings away when the job is done. In a place built on hillsides, a lawn is usually a small hard-won rectangle, and getting its border to read straight against the walk is most of the pleasure. Spring arrives here quiet and early, the grass greening up while the desert below is still making up its mind. Street by street, the result is a yard that looks tended from the car window.
