About Frank's Yard Refresh
Come April, the palo verdes along Lindsay Road drop so much yellow that every parked car wears a dusting of it, and yards that were fine in February suddenly look tired. Frank's Yard Refresh exists for exactly that moment: the overgrown reset, the shrubs taken back to a shape, the lawn scalped down and mowed clean so it can start over.
