Desert Mountain Cleanup

About Desert Mountain Cleanup

For two weeks each April the palo verdes let go all at once, and Florence wakes up gold: gutters, walkways, gravel beds, the hood of the truck. Desert Mountain Cleanup is built for exactly that, with yard cleanups, raking and blowing, weed pulling and brush removal alongside the regular mowing, edging and trimming that keeps a place from getting away from anyone. Hauling matters as much as the work itself, because a pile left at the curb is only half a job done. When the crew leaves, the drive is clear, the beds are bare, and the yellow is back where it belongs, up on the trees. Spring in the desert is beautiful and messy, in that order.
