The monsoon arrives in July like clockwork you can hear coming — thunder stacking up over the rim, a hard half hour of rain along Lake Mary Road, then steam lifting off the pines. Grass here takes that as its cue and grows harder in eight weeks than it does all the rest of the year. Yilmaz Landscaping keeps up with it: mowing on a tighter cycle, edging, trimming, checking that the irrigation is doing what it should, and clearing the yard out at both ends of the season.
