Peak Property Maintenance and Hauling

About Peak Property Maintenance and Hauling

When the snow finally lets go of Timberline in April it leaves everything behind: broken limbs, drifts of needles, a winter's worth of debris matted flat into the grass. Peak Property Maintenance and Hauling clears it out, raking the turf open, putting the first cut of the year on the yard, edging the walks back to a line, and carrying the whole pile away instead of stacking it beside the fence. From there the season settles into mowing and trimming on a schedule. Fall runs the process in reverse, with the leaf and needle clear-off before the cold shuts things down. There is something satisfying about a truck leaving heavier than it came and a yard left lighter.
