Flagstaff Snow

About Flagstaff Snow

By late May the ground has finally dried out and the grass that spent five months under snow stands up pale and hungry for a cut. Flagstaff Snow puts the season's first pass on it, mowing high, taking the fence lines back with the trimmer, and edging where the turf has crept out over the concrete. From there it settles into a steady weekly return through the short green stretch between the last frost and the first. Clippings are hauled, walks blown clear, borders held to a line. Above town the Snowbowl road is still striped with white, which is about right for a lawn just getting started.
