About Perea's Landscaping

December nights in the valley can drop into the thirties, and along the older streets near Cardinal Avenue you will see bedsheets thrown over the citrus and grapefruit hanging heavy behind block walls. Perea's Landscaping works those winter weeks at a calm pace — grass growing slowly, mowing spaced further apart, walkways still kept sharp, hedges shaped while they are dormant enough to take it. Cleanups matter more in a desert winter than people expect, with leaf drop and wind litter gathering in every corner. A cold-morning yard, mowed and swept, with the sun coming up over the mesquites, is a fine thing to hand back to someone. Then in March the whole cycle starts over.
