About Mccoy's Beneficial Landscaping

The Verde runs low and clear past Riverfront Park most of the year, and everything green in this valley traces back to it one way or another. Mccoy's Beneficial Landscaping works with that in mind, treating a Cottonwood lawn as something living rather than something to be cut down to size — mowing at a height the grass can carry through a hundred-degree June, trimming, edging, clearing out whatever is smothering a bed. Thick turf in the high desert is patient work, and the payoff arrives in August, when other yards have gone to straw and this one has not. It is a small, stubborn kind of victory, repeated weekly. Cottonwood, Bridgeport, Clarkdale and Cornville.
