About Charlies Landscaping

Old Town wakes slowly. The brick and stucco storefronts along Main Street hold the cool a little longer than the rest of Cottonwood, and the first mower of the morning carries a long way up the block. Charlies Landscaping starts there and works outward — grass cut to an even height, string-trimmed along fence lines and walkways, edges cut sharp enough that the sidewalk looks newly poured. By the time the sun clears the Black Hills the yard is finished and the crew is two streets over. It is ordinary work, and Cottonwood looks like itself because somebody keeps doing it.
