MELVIN’S LANDSCAPING

About MELVIN’S LANDSCAPING

A January dawn out toward Queen Creek Road can lay a thin silver on the ryegrass, gone by nine, but for an hour the lawns look like something imported from somewhere colder. MELVIN'S LANDSCAPING mows right through that season, because Chandler's winter is when the grass is at its best and the work is the most pleasant it will be all year. Cutting and edging keep the ryegrass from sprawling; feeding keeps it a full green rather than yellowing at the tips; weed control keeps it from being shared. When the heat returns the schedule shifts earlier and the Bermuda takes over, and the same yard carries on without a gap. Turning up week after week is the whole method, and the finished edge at the sidewalk is the proof.
