House of Yards

About House of Yards

On a June evening in Chandler the backyards come back to life — sprinklers ticking, block walls giving up the day's heat, kids out on the grass the minute their shadows get long. House of Yards works for that hour: turf cut even enough to sit on, edges clean around the patio, trimmer taken carefully around the play set and the citrus trunk. Feeding through the warm months keeps the Bermuda dense underfoot rather than thin and scratchy, and the clippings go with the truck instead of tracking indoors. Front yards get the same treatment, because a straight border at the sidewalk is what the street sees. A yard people actually use is the whole point, and Chandler gives them most of the year to use it.
