Much of Chandler sits on caliche, a hardpan layer that can turn good ground into something closer to sidewalk, and a lawn rooted over it spends July gasping. A1 Aeration answers that with cores pulled in rows across the turf, the little plugs left on the surface to melt back in with the first watering. Water and air reach roots that had given up on both, and by the second or third mowing the difference is readable from the street. Autumn is the season for it here — cores first, then ryegrass broadcast as the nights finally cool, so a yard comes into November thick and deep green. Feeding, weed control and regular cutting carry that through the mild months, and the lawn goes into the next hot season with room to breathe.
