About Trujillo's Landscaping LLC

Five in the morning in July, and the Santa Catalinas are still blue-gray outlines while the doves start up in the mesquites. Trujillo's Landscaping LLC is loading up in that hour, because summer lawn care in the Foothills is won before nine o'clock. Mow, edge, trim, clear — done at a good pace while the air is still bearable, water in the cooler, the truck moving on to the next street. Summer grass grows hard and needs the discipline of a regular cut or it goes to seed and thins. There is something deeply satisfying about a whole route finished while the day is still ahead of everyone else.
