About B. East Grading Services LLC

The ground under this town never lies flat. It comes off the mountain bajada and tilts east toward the river, and every lot in Sierra Vista carries a little of that pitch. B. East Grading Services LLC mows with the slope in mind — cutting across the fall of the land so the height stays true, watching the low corners that go ragged first, clearing the debris a hard rain shoves downhill into them. Yard work on tilted ground is mostly attention paid in the right places. Done that way, a sloped lawn reads flat and green from the street, which is exactly the trick.
