About First Option Landscapes

Old Avondale still keeps its low storefronts along Western Avenue, and the blocks behind them hold deep lots, grown trees and lawns older than most of the West Valley. First Option Landscapes works those streets in the early hours, cutting, edging and trimming before the heat settles onto the pavement. They feed the turf, stay after the weeds in the gravel and the sidewalk cracks, prune the shrubs back off the walks, and clear away every scrap before the truck moves on. Old neighborhoods reward attention — the grass grows thick if you let it, and the shade is already grown. The pleasure is in handing a place back looking cared for, week after week.
