About Deasons’ Landscaping

Late in the day Weaver's Needle stands up out of the range like a thumb of stone, and the light down in town turns the color of a lawn that has just been cut and watered. Deasons' Landscaping works Apache Junction yards toward that hour — mowing, edging along walks and beds, trimming the tight spots by hand, then clearing every blade off the concrete. Grass here is a choice somebody made against the desert, and keeping it even is how the choice pays off. Clippings leave with the truck. What remains is a yard that reads as intentional from the mailbox all the way to the back wall.
