About Manning Sprinkler Services

A damp patch in dry rock in April is a message, and it is usually not good news. Manning Sprinkler Services reads those for a living — leaks under the gravel, cracked laterals, valves stuck half open, clogged emitters, controllers still running a schedule that ended two seasons ago. Spring startup is the busy stretch, when a whole town turns its systems back on at once and discovers what the winter quietly broke. Water is the one thing an Anthem yard cannot do without, so a system that puts every drop exactly where a root is waiting is worth the afternoon it takes to chase down the fault. The trucks work Anthem and out through New River, Desert Hills and north Phoenix.
