About J & J Landscaping Inc

October is the month Anthem changes its mind about grass, when the summer lawn goes dormant and a winter one is sown right over the top of it. J & J Landscaping Inc works that turn — scalping down, seeding, feeding, watering it in — and then mows the result all through the months when most of the country's yards have gone brown. The stripes of a first winter cut on new ryegrass, sharp and vividly green under a low January sun, are worth the two weeks of dirt and mess that produced them. Aeration, fertilizing and steady cleanups fill in the rest of the calendar, keeping the ground ready for whichever season is coming next. The crews cover Anthem and reach out to New River, Tramonto and north Phoenix.
