About Perry Land Maintenance LLC

South of town the interstate runs toward Canoa and Tubac past grassland the color of old straw, and the properties out that way are measured in acres more than in feet. Perry Land Maintenance LLC keeps to a route and a rhythm: mow, trim, edge the walks, blow the drive, load the clippings, move on to the next gate. Nothing about it is hurried, and nothing gets left half-done — the mesquite suckers pulled, the fence line opened back up, the caliche swept off the concrete before the truck rolls. The payoff is small and repeatable, the kind you can see from the mailbox: a lawn with a straight shoulder, gravel raked to an even grain, a place that reads as looked-after. Green Valley is home base, with stops through Sahuarita, Continental and Amado.
