J.J.'s Lawn Care & Maintenance

About J.J.'s Lawn Care & Maintenance

Widener sits out on the flat of St. Francis County, cotton and beans running to the horizon with Crowley's Ridge low and wooded off to the east. J.J.'s Lawn Care & Maintenance keeps the yards in between — mowing, string trimming along fences and outbuildings, edging drives, clearing clippings and whatever the week has scattered. Delta wind crosses all that open ground and leaves a property strewn, so part of the job is simply setting it back in order every time. A mown, edged yard against a section of cotton field is a bright, deliberate square, and it shows from a long way down the road. That contrast never really gets old.
