Walker's Lawn Service

About Walker's Lawn Service

Out around Walker the roads run past pasture and oak shade, and by mid-afternoon the thunderheads start stacking up in the west. Walker's Lawn Service works ahead of that weather, mowing while the ground is dry and trimming close along fences, mailboxes and porch steps. Yards out this way are generous, so the job is a big open cut first and then the fiddly parts nobody notices until they are done wrong. The trimmer finishes what the deck cannot reach, the blower clears the drive, and the place looks square by supper. Country work, at the pace the grass sets.
