About Spencer Tree Care LLC

South of Harrison the Ozark hills fold in on themselves, and every fold is full of oak and hickory that were standing long before the road came through. Spencer Tree Care LLC works those slopes — removals on ground that tilts, trimming that gives a yard its light back off the Crooked Creek bottoms. Pruning here is patient work: a young shade tree shaped in March will still be holding a house cool thirty summers on. When an ice storm loads the limbs until they crack in the dark, the morning is spent opening drives and hauling the wreckage away. There is a particular satisfaction in the after — gravel swept, the yard open, the ridge line visible again through where the deadwood used to be.
