Carroll's Lawn Services

About Carroll's Lawn Services

Scott lies flat and open in the Arkansas River bottomlands, where pecan groves stand in long rows and the sky takes up most of the view. Carroll's Lawn Services keeps yards in that wide country cut and tidy, from the steamy weeks when the bottomland grass will not quit to the season when the pecans start to fall. Ancient earthen mounds rise from the fields at Toltec, a reminder that people have tended this ground for a very long time. Lawns here have room to stretch, and a level cut across a big open yard is a satisfying thing to see from the highway. In Scott, a neat lawn under the pecans belongs to the landscape's old, steady order.
