Batchelor's Mowing Services

About Batchelor's Mowing Services

Poyen sits in the pine-timber country of Grant County, where log trucks rumble past at dawn and the air carries the clean bite of fresh-cut pine. Batchelor's Mowing Services brings a different kind of fresh cut to town, mowing yards low and even so the smell of grass mingles with the scent of the woods. Around homes set back among the trees, the trimming keeps the lawn's border defined where shade and pine straw try to creep in. In a small community where neighbors notice when a yard looks sharp, the work speaks plainly from the road. By late afternoon, with the sun sliding behind the tree line, a just-mown lawn in Poyen sits bright and orderly against the dark wall of pines.
