NEA Turf Care & Nursery

About NEA Turf Care & Nursery

Paragould rides Crowley's Ridge, a narrow band of wind-laid hills that rises out of the flat Arkansas Delta like a long green wave, and even its name is a joining — Paramore and Gould, two railroad men whose lines crossed here. By late March the ridge is greening while the fields below still lie bare and brown, waiting on planting. NEA Turf Care & Nursery pairs turf care with a nursery's growing stock, tending lawns in Paragould as the year opens. Turf filling in dense and even, edged clean along the drive, makes its own small rise of green on the block. Seen from the low country below, the whole town seems to lift out of the farmland already in leaf.
