About Buchanan Lawn Services

Old Marion keeps its shade — big oaks over the streets near the courthouse, the kind that drop acorns by the bucket and hold the morning cool a little longer than the open country around town. Buchanan Lawn Services starts there on summer mornings, mowing before the Delta sun puts its full weight behind the day. Grass is brought to an even height, an edge is run along the sidewalk, the trimmer cleans the base of every trunk and post, and the walks are blown clear. Come fall, those same oaks hand over the leaves that have to be moved. It is plain-spoken work, and a well-kept yard says so plainly.
