Terry's Tractor Work

About Terry's Tractor Work

Not all of Lowell is office buildings and new rooftops; out toward the edges there are still pastures, hedgerows and open acreage where the soil is pure Ozark, studded with chert that rings off a blade. In late afternoon, with fence-post shadows stretching long across the lots, a tractor is the right tool for the job. Terry's Tractor Work handles tractor jobs and lawn care on Lowell properties — the bigger ground a push mower was never built for. A field cut smooth and level, the tall growth knocked back to a tidy carpet — there is deep satisfaction in work that spans whole acres. As dusk comes up blue over the hills, the land looks put right again.
