About Mc Kissick Landscape & Design

Yards on the Lake Hamilton side of Hot Springs rarely arrive flat — they come in shelves and slopes, red clay under a skin of pine needles, dogwoods leaning toward whatever light the ridge allows. Mc Kissick Landscape & Design begins there, with the shape of the ground, and draws a plan a mower can actually follow for years. Beds get lines that answer the house; the turf is mowed, trimmed and edged on a rhythm that keeps late-May growth from running off with the place. The real pleasure comes in the second season, when a design stops looking new and simply looks right. Landscape design and steady lawn upkeep, kept in the same set of hands.
