About Jason S Davis Construction LLC

A new lot in this part of Arkansas starts as red clay and rock, and it takes work to turn that into something a mower can run across. Jason S Davis Construction LLC handles the lawn care side of properties around Hot Springs — mowing once the grass has taken, trimming and edging the new walks and drives, and clearing the ground of what building and weather leave behind. Out toward Bismarck and Malvern the subdivisions push into old pasture, and the line between yard and field has to be established before it can be kept. The turn is a genuine pleasure to watch: rough, bare ground becoming a lawn that holds a straight mow line. The first cut on a place like that is the day it stops being a lot and starts being a yard.
