Dino’s Lawn & Garden

About Dino’s Lawn & Garden

April on the Lake Hamilton peninsula is all dogwood and new leaf, the woods around Garvan Woodland Gardens going pale green almost overnight. Dino's Lawn & Garden mows, trims and edges through that opening stretch of the year in Hot Springs, and clears lawns and beds of everything winter left behind. Spring rain arrives hard and fast here, so the mowing gets fitted into the dry windows between fronts. Done well, an April lawn sets up the entire summer — cut at the right height, edged clean along the walks, the yard waste carried off instead of raked into a corner. The pines drop their pollen and the whole town goes yellow for a week; the lawns underneath still come out green.
