Back Forty Lawn Co

About Back Forty Lawn Co

The far corner of a place is rarely the easy part — it slopes, it holds a rock or two, and it runs out toward the trees until it quits being lawn somewhere in the brush. That back edge is exactly where Back Forty Lawn Co likes to finish in Hot Springs, mowing and trimming until the line between kept ground and the woods reads deliberate. In late August the grass can go the color of straw by afternoon, and a yard cut with attention holds its shape against all that wildness. Clippings come off the drive, the edges get walked, and the whole property looks like someone meant it. It is ordinary work, done thoroughly, on ground that never makes it simple.
