About W-Mays Enterprises LLC

At the old brick depot in Hope, freight trains still rumble through on the main line, and the long whistle carries out over the pine woods of Hempstead County. W-Mays Enterprises LLC tends lawns in that railroad town, keeping yards mowed, trimmed and squared away. Pine needles and cones drift down onto the grass here, and clearing them away is part of keeping a lawn looking right. On a frosty winter morning the work turns to cleanup and readying the ground for another growing year. There is something steadying about an orderly yard in a place where the trains run on schedule and the lawns can keep one too.
