Turf Hawg

About Turf Hawg

South of Little Rock the land lets go of its hills and settles into pine and pasture, and Hensley sits out among the bottoms where the creeks run slow and the pines throw thin shade at noon. Turf Hawg mows through all of it, house lawns and wide yards and overgrown lots alike, with trimming around fence posts and mailboxes and the pavement cleared afterward. Heat sets in early down here and does not turn loose until fall, so a cut has to be timed to the grass rather than the calendar. Bermuda and fescue want different heights and different weeks, and reading which one is under the deck is half the job. Leaving a broad, even lawn behind on a hot afternoon is worth every bit of the sweat it costs.
