About Slay's Lawncare & More

Come November the neighborhoods on the edges of Harrison go ankle-deep in oak and maple, and it happens faster than anybody plans for. Slay's Lawncare & More turns to hauling then — leaves cleared off the turf before they mat and smother it, walks and gutters swept, the last mow of the year taken low. The rest of the season is straightforward mowing and trimming, week in and week out, with odd jobs picked up along the way because somebody has to. Ozark winters here are more gray drizzle than deep freeze, so there is usually one more cleanup to be done before the ground truly goes quiet. Handing a yard back clean at the end of the year is a good way to finish.
