About Northwest Farm & Lawn

Out toward Bellefonte and Bergman the lots stop being lots and start being acreage, with a mowed apron of yard and pasture rolling away past it. Northwest Farm & Lawn works at that scale around Harrison — wide even mowing across the open ground, string trimming down the fence rows and around the outbuildings, a definite edge where the grass meets the gravel turnaround. Evening is the good hour for it, when the heat lets go and the cut lines show up long across the slope. Overgrown ground gets brought back, and the fall cleanups take leaves and limbs off before winter sets them there for good. A working place still deserves a tidy front.
