Freeman Lawn Care

About Freeman Lawn Care

North of Harrison, toward Bear Creek Springs, spring shows up as redbud smoke along the fencerows before a single leaf is out on the oaks. Freeman Lawn Care starts the year there, cleaning up the winter litter and taking the grass down for the first time while the mornings are still cold enough for a jacket. Once the green really comes on, it is steady mowing through the warm months, trimming tight to posts and porch steps, edges kept honest. The land rolls out here, so a lawn is rarely one flat sheet — it is banks and dips that have to be worked to look uniform. Seeing a whole rolling yard cut even, all of it lying the same direction, is the small reward at the end of a hot day.
