About Birkhead Professional Tree Care

The Spring River comes through Hardy cold enough to raise goosebumps in July, running clear over ledges below a downtown of old storefronts. Birkhead Professional Tree Care works the steep lots above it — removing a hardwood gone hollow over a cabin, trimming the limbs closing in over a narrow drive, pruning oaks so they hold together through the next Ozark gale. Ground like this asks for ropes and patience more than horsepower, and the plan is made before the saw ever comes out. When wind moves through Sharp County and leaves tops in a yard, the cleanup means carrying wood out of places a truck cannot follow. A clear drive on a hill lot is worth the extra hour it takes.
