Mullen's Lawn Service

About Mullen's Lawn Service

The first real mowing day in Flippin tends to land sometime in April, when dogwood blossoms float white through the woods along the back roads and the yards green up almost overnight. Mullen's Lawn Service meets that wake-up with mower and trimmer, bringing lawns down from winter's shag to an even, healthy height. The ground is soft from spring rains, the air cool enough that the work feels like a pleasure, and the scent of the year's first cut is the surest sign around town that winter has let go. From there the grass will want regular attention until fall, and keeping it on pace is the whole craft. Few things feel as good as stepping out onto a lawn that has just been brought back to life.
