About Kills Lawn Care

Emerson sits in the pine country of Columbia County, where the shade is deep and the humidity has its own opinion by mid-morning. Kills Lawn Care works those yards — mowing, trimming around pines and porch piers, drives edged, and pine straw and clippings cleared off the concrete. Grass under southern pine grows in patches of sun and shade, so the cut has to account for both. From April into October the schedule barely lets up; then the needle-fall and leaf cleanup carries the work toward winter. It's a yard you can walk barefoot across, which is the whole ambition.
