About Carter Tree and Lawn Care, LLC

Half the yards around Carter live under old shade — oak, hickory, sweetgum — and grass grown in dappled light asks for a different hand than grass in full sun. Carter Tree and Lawn Care, LLC mows those lawns at a height that lets the thin spots keep what they have, trims close around trunks and fence posts, and shapes the shrubs back off the walk. In autumn the leaves come down faster than anyone can rake them, and bringing a yard back to green before the first hard frost is one of the better feelings this work offers. Spring hands over the opposite problem, everything growing at once, and the answer does not change: show up, cut it level, edge it sharp, leave the walks tidy. A lawn tended that way reads as looked-after from the road, which is mostly what a place wants.
