Fairway Lawns of Conway

About Fairway Lawns of Conway

Conway lawns are a patchwork of grasses — bermuda and zoysia holding the open sun, fescue hanging on in the shade of the older streets — and each one asks for something a little different. Fairway Lawns of Conway works that ground on the Cadron side of Faulkner County, keeping turf mowed on rhythm and cut at a height it can actually live with through an Arkansas August. Edges are held along the concrete, corners get trimmed out, and the walks are cleared before the truck pulls away. The name sets the standard the eye expects: even color, straight lines, a surface that looks like one continuous thing rather than a dozen passes. On a still spring evening, when the light comes in low across a freshly cut yard, that is exactly how it reads.
