About Stone's lawncare LLC

West Jefferson is a handful of roads in the northwest corner of the county, where the Mulberry Fork bends through and the stacks stand up over the treeline. Stone's lawncare LLC runs its mowing out here among river-bottom yards and hillside lots, ground that can be soft in one spot and rock-shallow ten feet over. Spring rain sets the grass going in a hurry, and after a wet week the whole route needs catching up at once. Mowing, trimming, edging and clearing the drives — done in order, done every week, so a yard never gets away from anybody. Nothing fancy about it; just a clean lawn on a country road.
