About Beacon Landscaping, LLC

By October the light along Highway 29 goes long and amber, and porch lamps come on over Valley's lawns one at a time. Beacon Landscaping keeps those yards in order — mowing, edging, hedge shaping, and the leaf work autumn hands over in armloads. There is a real satisfaction in the last pass of the day, when the clippings are blown off the walk and the grass holds its stripes into the dark. Winter in this part of Alabama is short-tempered rather than long, and when ice arrives the company clears drives, walkways and lots so nobody has to guess at the pavement. A beacon is just something steady you can steer by, which is a fair description of a yard that is always looked after.
