About Deerfoot Landscapes

Autumn takes its time in the Deerfoot valley — the oaks hold on deep into November, and the sweetgums let go all at once the day the first real cold slides down off the ridge. Deerfoot Landscapes works the turning of it: mowing while the grass still asks for it, edging, trimming, and clearing the leaves that pile against fences and fill the beds. There is a real satisfaction in a fall yard, because once it is cleaned out you can see the whole shape of a property again. The last cut of the year deserves the same straight lines as the first one in April. Trussville and the surrounding area make up the ground covered.
