About Double H Ornamental Lawn & Pest Control LLC

Pike County keeps two calendars, and Double H Ornamental Lawn & Pest Control LLC works them both. From the first warm week of March until the pecans start dropping, the days go to mowing, edging and keeping the lines around walks and ornamental beds honest. Then the year turns, and on the odd January morning when the cold slides down out of the north and silvers the pavement, the same trucks are out clearing drives and walkways before Troy has finished waking up. It is a strange, satisfying pair of jobs — one that grows all summer, one that has to be finished inside a couple of hours. Both come down to a property that works for the people using it, whatever the sky is doing overhead.
