About CD Land Company LLC

Baldwin County still farms — soybeans, corn and cotton running out to the treelines — and around Summerdale plenty of properties are measured in acres rather than square feet. CD Land Company takes those on: the wide mows, the lot that has not been touched since spring, the trimming along fences and ditch banks, the long approach to a house set back off the road. There is a particular pleasure in the second pass, when a place that stood chest-high in weeds at eight o'clock reads as a lawn by two. Beds get cleared out, edges get cut back in, debris gets hauled away. Land down here gives back fast when you give it a little order.
