About Ace Tree Services & Stump Grinding

Morning fog lifts off Wheeler Lake and sits in the streets of Old Decatur until the sun pushes it back toward the river. Ace Tree Services & Stump Grinding does tree removal and tree trimming across Morgan County, taking down the water oaks and hackberries that outgrew their corner lots, then grinding the stumps out flush so turf can close over the scar. River-town trees carry weight and history both, and the ones beside the old houses get worked slowly, limb by limb, over rope. Come January the crowns go bare and every flaw shows itself. There is real pleasure in handing back ground that is level, tidy and finally simple to mow.
