Guzman Lawn Care & Maintenance

About Guzman Lawn Care & Maintenance

By nine on a July morning the dew has burned off the Sand Mountain grass and the red dust is already rising off the shoulder of the road toward Fyffe. That is when Guzman Lawn Care & Maintenance is deepest into the route — mowing, trimming out the fence lines, running the edge tight along the walk until the border reads like it was drawn. Bermuda takes the sun hard up here and wants cutting on a rhythm, so the rhythm is kept. The reward comes late in the day, when the light goes long and gold across a yard that is even from the road to the back fence and swept clean of every clipping. A tidy lawn is a small thing, and it changes how a whole house looks from the highway.
