About Wheeler Wheels

In February the Bermuda around Pell City lies straw-colored and quiet, the old mill-village streets show all their bones, and the work turns to getting ready. Wheeler Wheels takes lawn care through town and out toward the lake — cutting once the green returns, edging walks and drives, trimming fence lines, and clearing away whatever a winter leaves behind. There is a first-mow-of-the-year feeling that never gets old: the smell of it, the yard changing color under the machine. From there it runs weekly through the long warm months, keeping the lines straight and the corners honest. Pell City yards give back plenty when they are kept up.
